I’m Tamika Payne, the founder of Generations Personal Care Services. I was born and raised in Indianapolis, Indiana, and caring for others has always been close to my heart. Starting this business came from a true passion to create a safe and supportive space where you or your loved ones feel genuinely cared for. We treat every person like family because that’s how I would want my own loved ones to be treated. This work means everything to me, and I’m honored to be here for you every day.
Our Story
Generations Personal Care Services was founded in 2024 by Tamika Payne, right here in Indianapolis, Indiana. What started as a simple desire to care for others has grown into a passionate mission to support individuals and families with high-quality, non-medical home care they can trust.
We provide compassionate, hands-on care to seniors, people with disabilities, and anyone who needs a little extra support with daily living. Whether it's help around the house, personal care, or simply a friendly face to talk to, we’re here to make life a little easier and a lot more comfortable.
Our name, Generations, speaks to who we are. We believe in honoring those who came before us while caring for and protecting those around us now. Our slogan says it best: Honoring our past by protecting our future. Every client we serve is treated like family, with the respect, patience, and kindness they deserve.
